The in-situ vertical resisting compression static test of DX pile ismade and it is compared with post-grouting bored pile. The results indicate that DX pile and post-grouting bored pile can enhance capacity and control settlementmeet large capacity; its concrete bearing capacity of per cubic meter is 1.5 times larger than that of post-groutingbored pile; DX pile can reduce engineering materials to lower project cost and speed up the construction

Taizhou Bridge is a three-tower, two-span suspension bridge with the herringbone middle tower in the longitudinal direction. The two oblique legs are anchored by screw bolts at the top of the concrete cap and the pressure plates of the D0 segment transmit pressure to the concrete cap. The top surface of concrete has bi-directional slope degrees. The space needed for concrete cement paste jacking is reserved at the top of the tower cap. After the segment D0 is installed, the concrete mud with high strength and no shrinkage is pressed into the space to form the supporting surface of the pressure plates. This paper briefly describes the concrete cement paste jacking techniques used in the construction procedure.

A phase II study (A2202) was performed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of JAK inhibitor ruxolitinib in 63 Chinese MF patients. Ruxolitinib was given twice a day (bid) at a starting dose of 15 mg (n=25) or 20 mg (n=38) based on a baseline platelet count. About 94.7% of the patients achieved a reduction in spleen size, 27.0% of which exhibited significant reduction (≥35%) at week 24. Significant improvement in debilitating constitutional symptoms, as assessed by MFSAF v2.0, was observed in patients treated with ruxolitinib. Ruxolitinib treatment was generally well tolerated by Chinese patients. Although the treatment was associated with an increase in certain adverse events (AEs) that were established as identified risks (anemia and thrombocytopenia), these AEs were considered manageable in this clinical setting. Ruxolitinib provided substantial reductions in splenomegaly and improvements in symptoms, and was well-tolerated by Chinese patients with MF.

This paper analyzes 4 types of group-pile which contains 4 piles withThe main conclusions are: group pile effect of DX pile increases sharply when pile spacing decreases;the bearing capacity of 3D spacing group-pile is 1.32 times larger than that of 1.5D spacing group-pile;effect coefficient of group-pile increases from 0.59 to 0.78 when spacing increases from 1.5D to 3D;when the spacing of pile increases.
